We will walk you through the insurance process. Explaining your loss claim paperwork. The money you can expect from insurance. Your personal financial responsibility. And, options should you choose to upgrade the products on your home.
A lot of home owners are not sure about what size hail it takes to damage their home. Answer: Roughly one-inch hail or greater (this can vary depending on wind speed).
If you believe you may have had damage from a storm, start by calling your insurance company. They have advanced tools to let you know if there was sizable hail in your area. If ”Yes”, go to step two.
Once a known storm event has been deemed by your insurance company. They will schedule a meeting with an insurance adjustor.

We will come out to your home and meet with you and the adjustor at the set time and date. We will show up early to do a pre-inspection. Our job (at this point) is to make sure they don’t miss any damage.
After the damage has been assessed they will determine if you have a claim. If the claim is approved we will ask you to send us a copy, so that we can review the paperwork. After we have reviewed, we will schedule an appointment to advise you on what is being covered, and discuss insurance terms in simple English. There have been a lot of
